Return Policy

GAGE Says: While we strive to get your complete satisfaction on all orders, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns within 20 days of the invoice date as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining.

Returned product sets must contain all original items included in the set. Items purchased with gift-with-purchase (GWP) can only be refunded when GWP is included with your return.

Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Missing Products

Please contact us immediately at 502-749-4942 if you receive a damaged product (broken bottle, tube, or closure) or if there is an item missing from your order. We will replace the damaged or missing products at our expense.

How to Issue a Return

  1. Refer to the return policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Fill out the return form here.
  3. Print return label and packing slip.
  4. Include packing slip in return package.
  5. Take your return to the nearest FedEx drop for delivery.
